“Smoothies” are a blend of whole fruit, juice, Whole Nectar Smoothie Mix, and ice. They are nutritionally superior to commercially made smoothie shop drinks. Why? They contain real whole fruit and more protein, with no syrups, added sugar, or any other junk. Our smoothie recipes deliver great meal replacement shakes or healthy snacks. Anyone trying to eat a little better by getting more soy and whole fruits into their diet, will probably find the addition of these blends very satisfying. It’s good food that tastes great!

“Power Shakes” are blends that contain the same amount of whole fruit as our Smoothies but are not made with juice. Most are blended with water, resulting in less overall sugar and more protein. A Power Shake tastes more like a milkshake with less sweetness than a Smoothie.

“Gourmet Super Soy Milks” are water-based blends that drink like a cold glass of milk rather than a frozen shake. Soy Milk is convenient and great when you don’t want the big chill – but still want your daily soy nutrition. Soy Milk can also be heated for a healthy, creamy, hot beverage anytime.
