Q: Is the Smoothie Booster used instead of Whole Nectar Protein?
A: No, Smoothie Booster is used with our protein smoothie mix to add another nutritional benefit to your shakes.

Q: I already blend flax seed into my shakes, why would I need Smoothie Boost
A: Flax is a great source of Omega 3, but Chia contains even more Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. Smoothie Boost is also ready to sprinkle on other foods, while whole flax seed needs to be ground up before you sprinkle. Chia’s milder flavor makes for a better topper than flax. Finally, Smoothie Boost contains both soluble and insoluble fiber for a more complete fiber benefit. If you still aren’t convinced or are just a huge fan of Flax, relax, Smoothie Boost also contains quite a bit of ground Flax seed.

Q: What does smoothie booster taste like?
A: Smoothie Booster smells and tastes like honey. It has a mild sweetness, not overpowering.

Q: How many containers of smoothie booster should I buy with my protein order.
A: Smoothie booster has 77 (1 Tbsp.) servings per container. We recommend using one Tablespoon for every 16-20oz. shake. Order one booster for every 2-3 cans of protein if you are including it in each shake.
